Our apartment near Playa de los Locos combine modern design with authentic Spanish calm. Enjoy a year-round rooftop pool (heated from September until May, shared with other guests) with sea views, a prime location close to the center yet peaceful, and fully equipped interiors designed for comfort, relaxation, and longer stays.
We invite you into interiors where sunshine and tranquility meet the highest level of comfort. Our apartment is a peaceful oasis located just a few steps from the sandy Playa de los Locos.
The biggest highlight? A year-round rooftop pool. Imagine a winter evening with a drink in hand and a warm soak under the Spanish sky… Every detail here has been designed to please the eye and ensure comfort, whether you’re traveling with family or planning a romantic getaway for two.
The LIVING ROOM blends warm tones of gold and brown. It features a large, comfortable sofa, TV, a dining table for six, and a cozy armchair with a reading lamp. Running along the entire living room is a spacious TERRACE, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city panorama. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. From the living room, you can also access BATHROOM 1.
The fully equipped KITCHEN provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare healthy meals.
BEDROOM 1 offers a large double bed (150x190) and an en-suite BATHROOM 2. It features modern design, soft lighting, and ample storage space. The bedroom also has a private BALCONY with two armchairs and a coffee table.
BEDROOM 2, decorated with leaf and floral motifs, includes a large double bed (150x190). It’s a bright, inviting space with views from two sides and, like all rooms, includes a spacious built-in illuminated wardrobe.
BEDROOM 3 features two single beds (80x190) and is styled with gold tones and dark palm leaf accents.
Both BATHROOMS are equipped with walk-in shower, toilet, fresh towels and toiletries.
On the rooftop of the building, you’ll find a POOL - heated from September until May, shared with other guests.
Although the lively seaside promenade, full of restaurants and bars, is right at your fingertips (only 5 minutes to the very center!), both apartments offer a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
Apartment is located in one of the most popular seaside areas of Torrevieja - just a short walk from Playa de los Locos. The neighbourhood offers everything you need within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and a lively promenade. It’s a perfect spot for a beach holiday, combining convenience, safety and a typical Mediterranean atmosphere.
By clicking "book" you are agreeing to the following house rules:
1 - check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, check-out is anytime before 11:00 am.
2 - late check-outs as well as early check-ins are subject to availability and must be agreed upon happening through airbnb messages. otherwise a fee of 50 EUR per each hour of early coming or late leaving might be charged to your credit card.
3 - all guests must be 18 years of age or older, and the simultaneous presence of a parent or guardian is required for guests under the age of 18.
4 - only the number of guests shown on your reservation is allowed in the apartment. parties, events, outside guests, overnight guests who are not indicated in the reservation are not allowed on the premises at any time during the reservation, unless agreed with the host upon arrival. any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 100 EUR per night per extra guest to be charged from your credit card.
5 - we do not have a "children stay free" policy. all guests over the age of 2 must be included in the guest count. any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 100 EUR for each additional person per night to be charged from your credit card.
6 - you agree that per each guest for the whole reservation period, you will receive 1 set of towels and 1 set of beddings. in case you need more (or less), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. otherwise, extra charges may appear for delivery.
7 - you agree to use the apartment for housing purposes only. any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
8 - no parties allowed or other activities that may cause disturbance of our neighbours, especially during the silent hours of 10:00 pm - 06:00 am. any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 250 EUR to be charged from your credit card.
9 - if the property is left very messy, we charge 50 EUR for each additional hour of cleaning (over 2 hours).
10 - no smoking inside the apartment, including electronic cigarettes and vapes. any violation of this rule may cause an additional fee of 500 EUR to be charged from your credit card. In case of triggering the smoke alarm, caused by smoking, an additional penalty of 1500 EUR will be applied.
11 - pets are not allowed.
12 - any lost key (plastic card or metal key) from the given key set is subject to an 80 EUR extra charge.
13 - do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the premises, building or outside the building, including internet downloads, gambling, prostitution, drugs, etc. Sun Apartments assumes no responsibility for such activities.
14 - guests can cancel their stay at any time in accordance with the rules described directly on the platform where they made the reservation.
Safety and responsibility:
1 - if you notice anything that poses a hazard that could cause damage to the apartment or the occupant, please notify us immediately.
2- guests are fully responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs on the premises or the building in which the premises is located, resulting from circumstances for which they are responsible. by accepting this reservation, it is acknowledged that all guests expressly accept the obligation to repair the damage caused by the risk of any harm resulting from the use of the premises. guests realize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves during such events.
we always give you a credit of trust that you are going to have a wonderful time and will obey the above rules. this is what we understand by respecting us as your hosts. we will give you the same and more, if you only need us :) let this be our mutual good experience.

Washing machine, drying rack, beach loungers, beach umbrella, mop, broom and the boiler are all located in the storage area behind the doors on the terrace.
Beach towels are in the basket in the living room.
One set of bed linen and one set of towels are provided for each guest for the entire stay. If you need additional towels or bed linen, we can arrange delivery upon request - this service is available at an extra cost of 25 EUR per additional set.
